“I worked as a Disability Evaluator for the State of Oregon for many years. I had access to medical reports from most of the Orthopedists in the State, giving me a perfect position to compare outcomes of their treatments. Dr. Butters stood out as far and away the most effective orthopedic surgeon in the area of shoulders and hands, so when I needed treatment for my own arthritic symptoms, it was an easy decision to call him.
