Kenneth P. Butters, MD

March / 23 / 2023

“I worked as a Disability Evaluator for the State of Oregon for many years. I had access to medical reports from most of the Orthopedists in the State, giving me a perfect position to compare outcomes of their treatments. Dr. Butters stood out as far and away the most effective orthopedic surgeon in the area of shoulders and hands, so when I needed treatment for my own arthritic symptoms, it was an easy decision to call him. Before I retired in 2001, I had painful nodes on my fingers and was having great difficulty typing. Dr. Butters fused the distal joint of my right index finger, giving me complete relief of the pain to this day. He injected my shoulders some time ago, (long enough that I have forgotten the date), also with complete relief. My most recent treatment was bilateral steroidal injections in my first carpal-metacarpals, (thumb-wrist joints) in September of 2016, and three months later, I am still enjoying the resolution of my pain. Would I recommend him? In a heartbeat! Thank you, Dr Butters!”
