"I believe in Patient Centered Care, and provide the patient and the patient's family as much relevant and understandable information as possible. This includes the nature of the diagnosis and its normal progression, the operative and non-operative alternatives available for treatment, and the after-effects of the various options. By providing this information, the patient is in the best possible position to make an informed choice.

As a sports medicine physician, I also try to get the patient-athlete back to normal activities as quickly as is reasonably possible. My special areas of interest are dealing with shoulder, elbow and knee problems in active individuals, and providing state-of-the-art arthroscopic surgical treatment."
