Dr. Singer has practiced orthopedic surgery in Eugene since 1972. Over the last 25 years, he has become widely recognized for his expertise in sports medicine, and has written and lectured extensively about the surgical and nonsurgical treatment of athletic injuries. In addition to being an orthopedic consultant for the University of Oregon, he has a strong interest in high school athletics and still maintains a relationship with many of the athletes he treated over the years. He has always been a strong advocate of education at all levels, and is now spending more of his time in the provision and philanthropy of medical and non-medical educational activities.
