“Initially, I was sent to Slocum Center for Orthopedics & Sports Medicine to review my left big toe for fusion. After speaking with the doctor who was very good, and scheduled the surgery with the staff who also was very good, I received a call back from Slocum Center for Orthopedics & Sports Medicine stating that the anesthesiologist didn't want to do the surgery without my cardiologist consent.”
