ABOUT

Growing up in Oregon as three-sport athlete, I was no stranger to orthopedic injuries. My love for orthopedics began through many years of athletics.

As a sports medicine physician’s assistant, I love being able improve the quality of life and help our patients get back to the activities and athletics they love. My career goal has always been to succeed in the practice of orthopedic surgery, and specifically sports medicine. During my 10 years with the Slocum team, I’ve been able to achieve and exceed these goals. At Slocum, I’m able to work alongside some of the most skilled and gifted surgeons in the country who cultivate a culture of excellence.

In my free time I love nothing more than spending time with my husband and 2 children. We enjoy spending time at the Oregon coast, camping during the summer as well as spending as much time as possible with out extended family in the area.

Credentials

I have been an orthopedic PA for over 11 years. Almost 10 of which have been here at Slocum. My career goal has always been to succeed in the practice of orthopedic surgery and specifically sports medicine. Here at Slocum I have achieved and exceeded the goals I have set for myself. I have had the privilege of being able to work alongside some of the most skilled and gifted surgeons in the country. Slocum cultivates a culture of excellence and I feel honored to be a member of the team.
