At the Slocum Center for Orthopedics & Sports Medicine, we evaluate your injury as quickly as possible. For every day you wait to have your injury assessed, you may miss a day of work, a night of sleep, or time from your favorite sport or activity. Patients can schedule an appointment Monday through Friday and be seen within 24 hours.

If you have any questions about your coverage, please check with your insurance company about your benefits before you come to Slocum Center. Usual and customary co-pays will apply and will be due when you come in. Fees for services will be billed to your insurance company.
HMOs and some insurance plans require pre-authorization from your primary care physician. Without getting pre-authorization, you may be responsible for payment of services.
